Governance & Measurement Lead

Reputable Investment Bank is seeking a Governance
- Develop an approach for impact assessing the existing Governance and Policy landscape;
- Define templates and content, as appropriate, for target state governance artefacts;
- Liaise with business area contacts and business area aligned change agents to clarify Governance and Policy change requirements, responsibilities and timetables in order to drive through changes required to achieve compliance and ensure that this is delivered;
- Co-ordinate the development of an ongoing measurement and monitoring process and reporting structure for the Bank that will give management visibility of, and the ability to manage, data limitations and ongoing BCBS239 compliance;
- Liaise with data projects to ensure availability of appropriate data quality content and architecture to feed into the overall measurement and monitoring/limitations reporting.

REQUIREMENT

- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships quickly.
- Focused on providing a high standard of service to clients.
- Ability to communicate concepts at both a high level for management and at the detailed level for the project team.
- Experienced Risk professional with proven experience in a governance related role with UK regulatory knowledge within a Banking environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business and at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to understand compliance issues and develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements and minimise the impact on normal business activities.
- Deep knowledge of risk management framework structures and content, especially in relation for governance and policy considerations.
