My client, a high profile public sector organisation, are looking to recruit an interim Governance Manager to provide effective governance services to the Executive Leadership team and Board. The role will also involve supporting on all company secretary and corporate governance issues, and to manage the end to end complaints and code of conduct process for the organisation.
The successful individual will possess the following skills and experience:
- Deep understanding of corporate governance management appropriate for a public sector organisation (desirable for the post holders to be full or part ICSA qualified)
- Used to working at all levels, including at Board level and with senior management team members
- Experience of complaints management or similar formal resolution process
- Ability to manage others' adherence to policy and procedures
