GMO Programmer & Data Analyst

Harvey Nash is looking for a Programmer + Data Analyst for a 6 month project in Switzerland.

The role will be supporting the Director of Operations and GMO Operations in the development/refinement of in-house systems to enable GMO Operations to work more efficiently.

You are responsible for
- Automation of RAF adjustments to expedite demand calculation
- Build exception reports to streamline demand calculation
- Perform investigation into RAF capabilities (incl. algorithm) to determine whether RAF is refined, or replaced
- Development of dashboards and data visualization (HC - FSP performance, Own recruitment and attrition, vacancy measurement etc)
- Develop/build a recruitment/tracking database to streamline IPP process and integrate the recruitment process directly to the forecast (on time data capture)
- Develop macros which build tables, shells and data visualization for ppt. presentations
- Further enhancements following the determination of bandwidth
- Quarterly KPIs

Requirements

- expert in Excel (incl. advanced macros development),
- Visual Basic Programming,
- SQL
- Access Database programming and data
- English and German (Written and Spoken)
