Interim GM Central Stock Balance Controller

£200-£250 Per Day

My London based Client have an opportunity for an interim GM Stock Balance Controller, working within the GM Central Planning area. The successful candidate will be working cross functionally between the ECOM, Marketing, Commercial and Logistics teams to ensure that all stock balancing requirements are met.

ROLE

FORECASTING: Ensuring forecasting by size level is as robust and accurate as possible. Exploring new methods than can utilise to improve accuracy.

ANALYSIS: Using access to plug into stock balancing tool to produce various reports and analysis to help improve the processes going forward.

PROMOTIONS: Working with the E-com/marketing teams to ensure promotions and special events are cap

COMMUNICATION: Cross function communication to ensure information is cascaded to the relevant teams and ensures all requirements are met.

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

Intermediate Microsoft Access 2007/10

Read/Write VBA

Assisting users with potential questions

Running existing process's to generate reports

Assisting users with basic requirements

Advanced Microsoft Excel 2007/10

Experience with Large Data files

Basic VBA skills

Pay high attention to detail

Must be confident and experienced in Liaising with other colleagues throughout the team
