Gloss Settlements Business Analyst

A Leading Bank is currently seeking the talents of Business Analysts to work on a large Implementation Change Project to their GLOSS Settlements Platform.

Candidates applying for this role should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Business Analyst/Project Management experience of Implementing change to the Gloss settlements platform
- One of the initiatives will involve managing the upgrade of Gloss to version 6.0.14 and will encompass the regression testing, taking advantage of any relevant new functionality and encompassing business continuity planning/solutions.
- The second initiative involves the setup of a new entity for Hong Kong on Gloss and any associated upstream/downstream changes within the Operations function
- Candidates should have experience of both gathering and documenting requirements as well as later managing the testing of the new entity.
- Project management experience working for a top tier bank.
- Good Business Analysis skills.
- Knowledge and experience of working with the Gloss platform.
- Experience of configuring new entities on Gloss or similar platform
- Ability and experience of working under pressure - both autonomously and within a team
- Quick learner and able translate complex regulatory matters to users
- Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Solid communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to lead teams through the change agenda
