IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead the identification and prioritization of strategic opportunities to enhance and expand product value proposition (payers, prescribers, patients, and policymakers) for product/s, including life cycle management opportunities
-Collaborate with relevant colleagues across Global Marekt Access to successfully address such opportunities
-Provide expertise in market access with an understanding of the role and influence of market access in product development and lifecycle management
-Strategic initiatives within Global Market Access, across the Global Value Team and Shire to ensure the strategy for the product/s are adapted to maximize the commercial success of the product
-Understand and apply the payer-relevant outcomes as it applies to specific therapeutic classes
-Senior role, tasks in project management field, leading a team and serving as an expert for the product
-Working in the capacity of Global Value Strategy Lead, attending product team meetings (on site or VC)
-Developing the market access strategy and will work closely with regional Market Access leads

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree level (or equivalent) qualification ideally Medical or Pharmacy, MBA (or equivalent) would be an advantage, but is not essential
-Basic understanding of pricing
-Able to demonstrate strategic leadership and vision and confidence to lead a team
-Experience of developing an agenda, leading and driving meetings and ensuring the project is progressed between meeting
-Ideally familiar at working within a cross functional team
-Strong communication skills
-Strong project management skills and industry Market Access experience are essential
-Understanding of data
