DELIVERABLES

Full responsibility for running and implementing the travel program globally in a complex environment
Drive the deployment of the global travel blue print and be solution-oriented
Identify and mitigate the gaps between the different countries, argument them and make adjustments; develop mitigation plan; document
Drive standardization and support country and third party providers sign-off on the design documents within global standards
Active collaboration with supply chain, doing follow ups, risk assessment and prevention; lead the design of Supply Chain Management go-live criteria
Manage the changes with third parties and the company's account managers and drive third party providers in global travel help desk strategy
Responsible for change management and country specific change management documentation
Manage the transition from Travel Manager to Global Travel experts

YOUR BACKGROUND
Project and change Management experience on international level, running global teams with many stakeholders
Subject matter expert knowledge and usage around travel and expenses
Previous experience around global travel programmes and roll-out (ideally Traveldoo knowledge)
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills with focus on customer satisfaction
English fluent written and spoken
