ROLE: Global Training Lead

LOCATION: London

RATE: £900/day

TYPE: Contract

Our client are seeking a highly experienced Training Specialist to come on board this large scale regulatory programme and help define the Global Training Strategy.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE/SKILLS;

- Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Delivered successful Global Training Plans - Needs assessment
- Recent Investment Banking experience Ex Big 4 consulting - Highly Adv.
- KYC/AML/CDD focused project experience
- Knowledgeable of 'best practice' standards
- Managed and supported global teams of trainers
- Delivered Business Training/Cultural Change on time and budget
