Global Training Manager, London, up to 95k

My clients a leading Global Bank based in CanaryWharfcurrently seek a Global Training Manager - Control Functions, 75-95k.

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced Training/Learning and Development Professional to deliver on a strategic level, a range of learning solutions for a Compliance/Regulatory function.

You will be instrumental in engaging multiple stakeholders and partnering the business to develop, implement, and maintain a global training program for a diverse staff population for KYC Services. Through a team of trainers you will ensure consistent delivery of learning solutions focussed on Knowledge and Technical Skills development and accreditation.

Key deliverables will include:

* Establish a globally consistent training module for KYC staff
* Build and maintain technical and knowledge based training modules
* Develop an accreditation process for initial and ongoing training
* Lead interface with HR and L&D for management development courses
* Training needs analysis for target population
* Develop a range of training delivery tools (e learning, case studies, class room)
* Establish and lead team of trainers
* Annual training plan management
* MI and monitoring around training delivery
* Uphold compliance, control standards and be aware of operational risk

The successful candidate will ideally have a training background but will now be operating at a senior level with expertise across diverse learning solutions. They will be experienced in strategising sophisticated training and development plans and in addition will need to meet the following criteria:

* Proven team management experience in a COMPLEX, GLOBAL organisation
* Exceptional experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders and translating requirements into detailed training plans
* Delivering policy and training plans across MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES
* ESSENTIAL: Experience of working in a CONTROL/REGULATORY FUNCTION
* KYC 'Know Your Customer'/ AML 'Anti Money Laundering' experienced PREFERRED YET NON ESSENTIAL
