Global Training Manager, London Canary Wharf

My clients a leading Global Bank based inCanaryWharfcurrently seek a Global Training Manager 50-70k This is a high profile role working as an integral part of a wider training function aligned to technical specialists in the Customer Risk, Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) area of the bank. You will work alongside experts to understand their roles in order to design and deliver training material and training policy, process and procedure in relation to the function. You will work on a variety of interesting projects across this business area that will span across a number of countries. Key deliverables will include: -Devising technical training strategy -Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure programme deployment -Developing technical training content -Offering learning consultancy to the business -Developing relationships with a variety of international stakeholders -Training delivery The ideally candidate will meet the following criteria: -Strong learning/training professional - with excellent end to end design and delivery expertise particularly in relation to technical training -Proven experience working on training related to technical, legal, compliance, regulation or risk -Experience gained in a global, matrix organisation -Excellent stakeholder management skills -Flexibility to travel For immediate conversation and more information please reply with an updated copy of your CV.
