Global Training and Communications Lead (Interim - £400PD)

My client, a global brand, is looking for a credible and experienced interim Communications & Training Lead for a Global Business Transformation project. This is a 3 month interim role starting immediately.

The post holder will be responsible for the definition, development, sign-off and publishing of all end user communications and training materials to support the implementation at global, regional and country level.

You will work closely with the Programme Team and key workstreams to ensure that materials are developed in line with requirements.

Key deliverables will include:

- Perform Training needs assessment
- Develop and implement self-help/educational programs
- Produce self-help materials needed for training
- Training delivery to end users virtually and classroom
- Prepare Training evaluation and feedback reports - survey & reviews
- Publish all final self-help, educational and training materials online
- Facilitate stakeholders & project leads to provide necessary content in line with the plan
- Manage the sign-off process with the relevant Communications Business Partners

To be successful for this role it is important that you have proven and recent experience working on global programmes to develop end user communications and training materials. You will also be highly articulate with excellent attention to detail and able to work independently and to tight deadlines.
