GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's Client located in the St Louis, Missouri

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- A minimum of 10 years of change management experience specializing in organization development, change management and organizational communication with proficiency in program/project management
- Bachelor degree required in Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, Organizational Communication/Development, or Business Management
- Expert at understanding the concepts of change management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Change Management Manager is accountable to create, develop, and deliver the change management strategy for complex projects, and is responsible for the execution of change management deliverables throughout all project phases.
- The individual in this position is also responsible for change management coaching and mentorship for business partners, Change Management Lead and Change Management Specialist positions.
- The Change Management Manager position is performed to significantly enhance overall organizational performance.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

- Demonstrated experience at effectively translating change management concepts into practical approaches and solutions to business problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead large scale change efforts
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Supply Chain experience a plus, but not required
