IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Leadership of global procurement Marketing Services, including providing close functional and strategic direction to a geographically dispersed group of regional Marketing Sub-Category Managers
-Ongoing development, validation, sustainable implementation, and review/update of the assigned Sub-Category strategy ensuring close alignment with business requirements
-Work closely with the Global Category Manager and the Procurement Business Partner organisa-tion to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and taken account of in the strategy
-Provide expert external supply market knowledge across the Marketing Category
-Manage risk with third parties as well as achieve operational compliance across all Indirect Procurement activities relevant to Marketing
-Deliver targeted savings within the Marketing category ensuring no adverse impact on quality and time requirements
-Demonstrate compliance with procurement processes regarding e-tendering, Supplier Relation-ship Management (including performance management) and contract management
-Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers including leading significant negotiations
-Purchasing expenditure controlled: $250m
-No. of direct reports: 0, No of indirect reports: Up to 3
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Strong procurement experience within Marketing Services
-Many years in a senior procurement role
-Experience working in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment
-Project team leadership (geographically dispersed and cross-functional with proven results)
-Proven record of success in negotiations with suppliers
-Contract management skills
-Capability in developing sourcing strategies and leading the implementation
-Good knowledge of internal purchasing procedures and processes
-Ability to develop performance measures for the Marketing category with senior stakeholders
-Good communication and presentation competence
-Fluent in English
