IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Identify and manage Contract Research Organizations, central laboratories and technical External Service Provider (ESP) to provide strategic sourcing options for successful trial delivery
-Ensure all sourcing activities are conducted adherent to all compliance standards, processes and guidelines
-Prepare and analyze sourcing requests and proposals, review of ESP assessments and ESP contracts
-Manage the development, negotiation and timely execution of confidentiality agreements and ESP contracts
-Ensure a quality, risk averse, cost effective outcome through collaboration with study teams, finance, legal and other relevant functional areas
-Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, deliverables, milestones and resourcing commitments

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-In-depth experience in clinical research with a Contract Research Organization or pharmaceutical company
-Profound experience in clinical outsourcing, strategic resourcing, contractor management and External Service Provider management
-Experience in negotiation and implementation of Master Services Agreements
-Familiarity with outsourcing industry and with strategic resourcing models
-Knowledge of clinical trial cost drivers, resourcing and costing models
-Leadership ability to deliver quality results under tight timelines and budget
-Conflict management experience with ability to effect efficient issue resolution
-Experience with interacting effectively with internal and external customers
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio and MS Project or equivalent)
-Fluency in English in both verbal and written form
