Global Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Identify and manage CROs, central laboratories and technical ESPs to provide strategic sourcing options for successful trial delivery
-Partner with all internal groups to assess resourcing needs and requirements and to assist in definition of work specifications and revisions
-Ensure all sourcing (clinical outsourcing and internal resourcing) activities are conducted in a manner that complies to an ethical process as well as adheres to all applicable internal and external compliance standards, processes and guidelines
-Drive the development, negotiation and timely execution of confidentiality agreements and ESP contracts
-Create costing and resourcing scenarios
-Escalate and track issues internally and within ESPs as required to ensure delivery of quality and value

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
-Profound experience in clinical research with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical company or equivalent
-Experience in clinical outsourcing, strategic resourcing, contractor management and External Service Provider (ESP) management experience
-Fluency in English – both verbal and written
