Global Solution Sales Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

8-10 years telecommunications solution sales or Internet product operation experience; Strong operation and consulting background

Success operating a product with more than 10M subscribers

International experience preferred
-

Full client engagement life cycle experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the VAS and Digital Services market and industry trends, operator challenges, solutions, delivery strategies, operational support models, as well as partner, product and business model strategies
-

Understanding of telecom software market, including telecom service layer (like SDP, IPTV, etc), mobile Internet, mobile bandwidth management & charging
-

Strong experience with influencing or guiding the operator's market strategy with consulting skills - Global Travel will be required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Opportunity Discovery: Utilize business consulting experience to work with clients to identify client challenges and potential areas where the company could provide great strategic assistance
- Business Consulting: Utilize deep telecommunications and/or consulting background to understand client's positioning strategies, competitive strengths & weaknesses, operational inefficiencies and organizational model alternatives. Conduct regular client market analysis to keep apprised of current and forecasted market trends facing the company's clients within their operating markets.

Solutions Definition: Work with internal digital services solution sales teams to develop solution alternatives for clients

Future Offerings: Provide direct input into the company's future solution offerings development based upon experience developed working with company's clients around the globe. This is an opportunity to be involved in the evolution of the telecommunications industry.

Experience Sharing: Actively participate in knowledge sharing and transferring expertise to other members of the group to improve their consulting sales abilities.

Global Branding: Help drive market awareness of the company's capabilities and industry thought leadership through participation in global conferences, workshops and summits.

Global Client Relationship Development: Regular communication with C-level client executives (eg CEO, CMO, CTO, etc) of target customers in the telecom software area to expand the company's global influence in the industry
