MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for the development of the insights strategy as part of the overall medical strategy
-Responsible for external stakeholders mapping and maintain an oversight of stakeholder engagement, incl. TAEs, medical societies, collaborative groups, nurses and patient associations
-Responsible for advisory boards execution for the product(s)/disease area (DA)
-Contributes to the execution of evidence generation activities in collaboration with GMD and/or GL
-Stay abreast of internal and external developments, trends and other dynamics relevant for the assigned DA to maintain a fully current view and perspectives of external influences
-Drive the execution of advisory boards and coordinates advisory board plans
-Maintain oversight, processes and tracks grants and sponsorship requests related to research purposes
-Summarize and provide recommendations to iMP on grants/sponsorship prioritization with research intent
-Collaborate with digital health team and other relevant stakeholders to define the strategic needs and implement digital health solutions in medical strategy development and execution

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-PhD in life sciences (e.g. biologist, pharmacist), Pharm D, nurse, MD with no relevant clinical practice experience
-Experience with pre-clinical/clinical research required (academic research or in pharma industry)
-High ethical standards
-Professional experience within pharmaceutical industry, preferably in medical function (not required for Associate GSD)
-Good understanding of drug development process and related regulatory requirements
-Experience in implementation of clinical trials
-Previous experience with a product launch is a plus
-Functional competencies, including organization, prioritization and planning skills
-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Ability to operate successfully in a matrix environment and work across multiple cultures
