My client a top IT Managed Service Provider is currently recruiting for a Global Sales Operations Project Manager to work on their site in Dublin.

In order to be considered for this position you must of had a background within Project Management and previously managed large scale and high value projects.

In order to be considered for the role you must:

Have 6-8 years experience of project management within a large environment.
Previously managed projects from start to finish.
Practical experience managing projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
Working knowledge of industry accepted project management tools, systems and applications
Experience leading and participating on cross-functional project teams, including allocating work among team members and providing guidance on a regular basis
Proven ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with team members and groups inside and outside the department
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools

Candidates with a background in working in an IT environment would be at an advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

Drives project planning and project management to successful completion, supporting organisational objectives and business results.

Manage projects of moderate complexity, and specific activities related to projects, within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of a project.

Working with industry accepted project management tools, systems and applications and have experience successfully applying standard practices.

Conducting periodic reviews to ensure projects are on track and have experience conducting post-project reviews.

Identify risks and escalating issues to leadership, such as delays, roadblocks, and deviations from original plan.

Implement process improvements.

Communicate with stakeholders on a timely basis.

Candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, especially MS Project.

Maintains strong consultative relationships with functional teams within the org, stakeholders outside of the org, and supporting organisations within the business.
