ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Global resourcing experience and knowledge of the international workforce needs.
- Proven experience of designing and implementing resourcing and on-boarding processes and procedures.
- Wide knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

- Review existing on boarding and employee resourcing process
- Recommend changes that meet the desired business outcomes and once approved implement changes with skills transfer to the internal team
- Revise all policies and procedures, create a single repository on-line and ensure the policies and procedures reflect the desired business outcomes
- Ensure all policies and procedures for resourcing are organised into one place where they are easily accessible and clear
- Improve efficiency in the team and put in place management information measures that are meaningful and give insight as to performance
- Ensure processes continue to comply with relevant laws and best practice, including document retention
- Widen the attraction pool globally and position as the employer of choice in the market
- Speeding up the recruitment and selection process making it more efficient
