My banking client is looking for a Global Recruitment Relationship Manager to enquire into the delivery of candidates to global functions in order to deliver to regulatory requirements as well as several others.

The Relationship Manager must have great knowledge of different sourcing strategies to devise a plan for sourcing the right candidates within different candidate pools.

They must also have senior stakeholder management as there will be a large amount of stakeholder interaction across multiple business functions through Global Change Delivery Recruitment as well as Compliance and Global Standards.

The successful candidate MUST have:
- Expert knowledge across all sourcing methodologies and talent pipeline strategy and delivery
- Strong experience in using live data to build business cases and report on their progress
- Excellent awareness of full HR capability and inter-dependencies
- Senior stakeholder management
- Project Management experience
- Extensive experience working within a large global business
- Strong banking background
