IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development of a global strategy (esp. Germany and Spain)
-Responsible for all stakeholders that have an impact on the development of a project involved in

the optimal time -Responsible for the budget for each project
-Responsible for timelines and quality level

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Extensive knowledge regarding the healthcare industry (ideally RX and OTC, preferably OTC)
-Experience and capacity to lead multiple development projects in parallel
-Experience from complex projects that included following stakeholders: Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Legal,
-Finance, Clinical Trials, Purchasing, Logistic and Production
-Ability to plan when and how different stakeholders need to be involved in a project
-Proven track record of leading product development projects from “idea to launch”
-International experience in and knowledge of the European market with understanding of the differences in Marketing in Germany and Spain
-Some knowledge in Regulatory, especially in Germany and Spain
-Proven track record of preparing, calculating and presenting business cases after implementation was proven to be accurate
-English and German is mandatory, Spanish is of advantage
