Global Project Manager (m/f) with Strong Telecommunication Experience

We are currently looking for a Global Project Manager (m/f) for one of our client in telecommunication.

Some who has experience with international IPVPN rollout (non- standard/complex solutions), interfacing into multiple fixed line carriers including WAN, LAN, IPT, Security, mobility and mobility services (ordering, billing)

ROLE PURPOSE:

- To lead and take ownership of complex and strategic Enterprise Customer programmes in order to achieve complete satisfaction of the client, on schedule, quality assured and within budget.
- Typical contract value (TCV) ranging 20M€ - 100M€ with the responsibility of managing large virtual teams and reporting to senior management (director level).
- Scope of delivery typically entails standard and non-standard solutions including; mobility, LAN, WAN, IPT, Security and managed solutions with contract value £20m+ and reporting into C level stakeholders.
- Operating at a strategic level, to establish and manage; budgets, deliverables, milestones and timescales for the programme to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- To ensure that the governance arrangements are robust and that reporting lines and communication links are sound. Accountable for developing and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders, third parties and other external bodies to ensure a positive outcome and be responsible for the performance of the programme team.

SKILLS:

- Extensive Programme Management experience (7+ years) required.
- Successful track record of Programme/Project Managing complex international inter-company initiatives.
- Exposure to commercial management; contractual negotiation experience required.
- Experience of delivering complex solutions combining mobility and mobility services (ordering, billing), LAN, WAN, IPVPN, security and managed solutions required
- Benificial would be experience in international IPVPN roll-out using multiple different carriers (with direct interfacing customer teams and 3rd party)
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, delivery partners and external vendors.
- Management of multiple stakeholders, with a range of cultural backgrounds, frequently with English as a second language.
- Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skills.
- Essential is fluent English written and spoken for internal communication as well as fluent local language skills - multi-lingual skills advantageous for international customer support.
- A self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations.
- Excellent communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skills.
