-Enable Lifecycle and Global Development teams to function effectively by facilitating team interactions and by providing structure and process
-Mobilize teams to deliver on key objectives
-Leading in the creation of the project plan
-Taking ownership of the project plan, regularly updating the plan to ensure up-to-date information is available
-Tracking project progress identifying deviation and ensuring optimal management of critical path activities
-Responsible for understanding the status and drivers of the integrated project budget by working in close collaboration with functional contributors and finance
-Identifying potential project risks / opportunities and developing contingency / scenario plans
-Leading the project team in the collation, analysis and dissemination of project management information and updating relevant documents and electronic systems
-Provide key project data to support Roche's portfolio management processes
-Day-to-day management of project team activities working in close collaboration with the Team Leader
-Bachelor´s degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree (e.g. MBA, PhD) preferred
-Project management certification is an asset
-Demonstrated project management skills and experience in drug development
-Result orientated, open minded with positive attitude
-Good analytical thinking, a structured working manner with an ability to prioritise, plan and manage multiple tasks and sense of urgency
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
-Used to multi-tasking and working to deadlines
-Fluent spoken and written English
