Global Project Manager (m/f)

- The GPM partners with the team leader to anticipate, identify, manage and communicate project opportunities and risks
- Leading in the creation of the project plan
- Taking ownership of the project plan, regularly updating the plan to ensure up-to-date information is available
- Tracking project progress identifying deviation and ensuring optimal management
- Responsible for understanding the status and drivers of the integrated project budget by working in close collaboration with functional contributors and finance
- Identifying potential project risks / opportunities and developing contingency / scenario plans
- Leading the project team in the collation, analysis and dissemination of project management information and updating relevant documents and electronic systems
- Provide key project data to support the portfolio management processes
- Scientific background
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience in drug development
- Result-orientated, open-minded with positive attitude
- A structured working manner with an ability to prioritise, plan and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
- Used to multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to travel
