Global Project Manager in part time (50%) (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-In this role you will support the project milestone management as well as the project risk management
-A monthly budget analysis is part of this job, too
-Milestone Management will contain: Organize and invite for review meetings, manage documentation for review, trigger content owners to provide input
-Also you will support electronic releases of documents
-Project risk management contains: Follow up with progress of mitigation measures, collect newly identified risks from functions, and include them into the risk file
-Last but not least you will be responsible for the correct filing and storage of all milestone documentation tracking / reporting and you will provide monthly actuals vs. plan budget report

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You could already gain experience with standard project management processes (e.g. PMI)
-Project management training is an asset
-Also you have experience in budget management, project coordination and cross-functional project responsibility
-Experience in product development in an international matrix organization, medical diagnostics industry is a plus
-You are able to talk German on a proficient level and English on an advanced

level -Finally you are proficient in using project management information systems (including Microsoft Project and Planisware)
