IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead a Rx to OTC switch program in various markets from current status to registration of dossiers
-Lead and oversee the planning and initiation of a bioequivalence trial together with a Clinical Operations function in Mexico
-Lead and manage cross-functional NPD project teams
-Efficient and timely project leadership from current status to registration of dossier in various markets according to the NPD process to deliver the project on time, on budget and within scope, while meeting success criteria
-Initiate and draft governance board presentations, propose updates as required, plan activities for the defined project stages and document these plans
-Supervise risk analysis and risk management
-Ensure proper end-to-end project management, tracking and overseeing the project during registration and potential launch phase and ensure close co-operation with PS supply management during launch phase
-Monitor and manage project spending in line with agreed budget
-Identify and share specific learning/lessons from projects

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-In-depth industry experience with proven track record of leading individuals and teams in cross-functional international environments
-Thorough understanding of functional expertise (clinical, regulatory, medical, and commercial) to allow leading effectively and to challenge functions where needed
-Scientific/technical degree, ideally post graduate technical degree and/or project management credentials
-Preference would be given to individuals with an advanced degree, due to the high level of technical knowledge required to function effectively in a pharmaceutical team leadership role
-Highly effective leadership skills, energizing and enabling teams to achieve outstanding results (given the multi-functional nature of the teams, this requires multiple skill sets to understand and effectively integrate commercial, technical and scientific/medical factors)
-Excellent communication skills in English are required
-Ability to present convincing arguments on behalf of the project team to Senior Management and make sound high quality decisions, utilize a variety of problem solving techniques and interface at senior levels with third parties/development partners
-High degree of flexibility required
