GLOBAL PAYROLL PROCESS ARCHITECT

A Global Payroll Process Architect is required for a FTSE 250 company to map, design and Architect their Global Payroll processes as part of a Global Finance Transformation Programme, aimed at consolidating and rationalising a significant part of the overall Global Organisation

The Global Payroll Process Architect must have a proven and demonstrable track record of architecting, mapping and designing process on a global scale for large federated organisations, with a particular knowledge around Payroll processes

Key responsibilities include:

- Connect with the business to gain an excellent knowledge of existing Payroll processes and procedures
- Liaise with key stakeholders to confirm all Payroll processes and procedures comply with regulations and requirements, implementing new processed where needed.
- Work with regulatory and legal documentation to understand its connection to Payroll processes and procedures
- Produce clear and concise Payroll process maps to accompany all process
- Work with training resources to make sure all Payroll processes and procedures are effective across different business areas
- Creating Flowcharts in Visio
