Global Packaging Manager Job

GLOBAL LABELING MANAGER needed for a one year CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support the management of Labeling Information and Regulatory Intelligence by facilitating strategic/tactical initiatives, projects and by developing/maintaining labeling processes, documentation, tools, metrics, labeling status tracking and reporting.
- Support transition of regulatory filings and implementation requirements for Package Component Labeling (PCL) activities
- Lead/perform Root Cause Analysis for labeling incidents.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Master's degree and four (4) years of directly related experience, OR Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of directly related experience, OR Associate's degree and eight (8) years of directly related experience
- Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry and drug/biologic development

Industry and or Regulatory/Safety experience preferred
- Understanding of Package Component Labeling and associated change control
- Strong project management skills and process improvement methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to recognize and escalate issues
- Basic understanding of database design helpful
- Basic understanding of Structured Content Management concepts helpful
- Proficient in the use of: Adobe Acrobat, Cognos Business Intelligence Report Studio, EDM/Documentum, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint 2010/Nintex workflows, Visio, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Word
