GLOBAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR/MD - TRANSACTION REPORTING - INVESTMENT BANK

A top tier investment bank are readying themselves for Dodd Frank and EMIR transaction reporting deadlines and have a fantastic opportunity for an interim director/Managing Director to lead a global operations and change team to successfully report on the bank's swaps transactions.

As an operations director/Managing Director you will be responsible for leading a large global operations and change team to ensure the bank meets its regulatory requirements for transaction reporting, primarily for rates and credit swaps but for all swaps products in the bank's portfolio. This will entail developing and maintain global processes within a robust control framework.

You should apply for this role if you have:

- 15+ years top tier investment banking operations experience
- Excellent knowledge of OTC Swaps products
- Detailed knowledge of Dodd Frank and EMIR regulations
- Track record of running transaction reporting teams
- Large scale global operational leadership experience
- Change/programme director experience beneficial
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is an initial six month contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent for the right person, based London with a daily rate of £1200-£1600/day.
