Global Online Payments Consultant

Our client is a global business with a strong 'household name' brand, providing online communication services and products to the world at large.

They require a global payments consultant with detailed knowledge of payment methods in use across the world.  Of particular importance is strong familiarity with online, E-commerce products and services and the payment methods that are most commonly used for such offerings on both a global and regional/country-specific scale.

This role will carry responsibility for ensuring the client's online products are properly supported by the payment methods in use globally, and that new payment methods are introduced as necessary in order to maximise the market for the company's global products.

The successful candidate will have strong consulting skills - including Analysis and Project/Programme Management, as well as broad understanding of the payments landscape and general financial/taxation issues.

They will have gained this experience from working on payment solutions with the major global online merchants and service providers, as well as with the major financial and payment services providers that deliver credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) and online payment services (eg Paypal, Amazon, etc.) around the world.

They will manage programmes that ensure the company's products are effectively marketed and can be purchased widely in all global markets.  They will also manage the programmes that identify where new payment methods are needed and that create, deploy and support those payment methods.
