Global Mobility Specialist

This role will require the successful candidate to create, implement and critically evaluate the global mobility strategies, initiatives and programs across this global business. It will mean providing key stakeholders and HR teams with expert advice in relation to mobility policies and benefit practises. The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include; * Developing effective International Mobility strategies and policies which support the development of talent and produce cost effective results. * Review any International Mobility proposals * Provide expert advice of a tax technical nature to key stakeholders and Senior Management teams in the business in relation to International Mobility policies and practices. * To maintain best practise methods and constantly stay up to date with the latest market trends and techniques * Keep abreast of all regulations and governance matters that will relate to mobility and the effects it will have on current polices and procedures * Manage the vendor relationship and any performance issues * Review any material Benefits proposals to ensure that they support the Group Reward strategy with regards to mobility * Provide expert advice to key stakeholders and Senior Management teams in the business in relation to Benefits schemes. * Proactively share technical knowledge with peers, Senior HR Generalists, Senior Management ensure overall greater understanding of Benefit / International Mobility strategy and policies. The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria: * Be of Graduate calibre * Role relevant qualifications (Tax/accountancy) * Experience within Reward or International Mobility demonstrating with confidence : * Experience in the development of Benefit and Mobility strategies and policy development * Excellent understanding of the company's business goals and objectives * Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely * Project Management skills * Excellent IT skills * Confident and outgoing * Professional services/consultancy background * Exceptional written presentation skills If you would like to be considered for this position please submit your CV immediately.
