Global Mobility Coordinator

An Opportunity has arisen within my client, a leading professional services firm based in Hertfordshire, for a global mobility co-ordinator to join the team on a 6 month (FTC). This is a great opportunity for a candidate to gain valuable experience within a top organisation while carrying out the following tasks: - Be the first point of contact for any international business queries and to provide relevant advice and guidance on all issues surrounding international movers - Manage the inbound UK work process with particular attention paid to Visa and immigration guidelines to make sure all processes are completed on time - Advising UK teams that are working abroad to make sure work permits are up to date and comply with legislative requirements and in which regions formal permits are not required - Ensuring compliance with all countries legislation and work permit governance and the potential impacts on any upcoming business - Build and maintain relationships with internal tax teams to make transfers of information as seamless as possible Experience and Background * Educated to degree level * Have relevant experience in the field of Global mobility, in particular immigration or visa support. * Be able to draw on past experiences to display your ability when building and developing relationships with both external * Possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. * The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of global travel issues * You will be flexible and have an enthusiastic approach with excellent attention to detail. * Able to multi-task and work with changing priorities and on various matters at the same time. * You will possess and excellent team orientated approach and can establish good working and trusted relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
