One of our large Investment Banking clients is currently looking for an experienced Global Mobility Advisor/International Assignment Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of global, regional and local international assignment strategies, policies, plans and systems
Develops and maintains working relationships with international agencies, immigration attorneys, and other specialists as required along with third party vendors, HR advisors, managers and employees.
Monitors service level compliance and ensures appropriate performance metrics are established and maintained with third party vendors (eg, call centre activities, communications, system administration, appeals, clean-up projects, escalated issues)
Provides input into service level agreements related to IAM process inquiries/resolutions and ensures client needs are met from a specialist area perspective
Consistently enforces CS mobility program policies and ensures strict adherence to the Code of Conduct in all assignment countries
Provides end to end assignment support and ad hoc issues resolution eg Instructing assignment allowances to payroll, medical emergency, housing property management, taxes, home leave, etc.
Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and related enabling technologies

Skills:
Strong background in problem solving, project management, and vendor management
Ability to research and analyze confidential data, find relationships, and clearly present findings to others
Strong analytical and process management skills
Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office to produce analytical tools
Previous experience with International Assignment Management essential
Tax background preferable
