Role Outline:

Role Responsibilities:

* Developing relationships and liaising as appropriate with external service companies for the provision of relocation, tax and social security, immigration services, etc

* Monitoring compensation data communication between Payroll and external tax provider for completion of annual tax returns

* Reviewing and securing appropriate approvals for each assignment or transfer

* Counselling assignees on assignment and tax policies to ensure full understanding of the terms offered

Desired Experience

* A full understanding of global mobility, with ideally three to five years experience of working in a global mobility or international assignment team, preferably in/house

* Experience of working with a range of external providers

* Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a good team player.

* Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure and quick turnaround times.

* General knowledge of other human resources functions and some exposure in project management.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
