Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to engage with the business, internationally mobile employees, third party suppliers and other nominated stakeholders to ensure that an assignment case is effectively managed from initial costing through to repatriation. You will be responsible for ensuring that you manage the move of 40-50 cases; a mix of long term, short term and permanent moves from beginning to end. You will also be involved in reviewing package preparation, ie cost projections, compensation balance sheets and assignment letters and deliver to HR/Business area. Providing support to queries which have been triaged or escalated via multiple channels and coordinating internal transfer requirements for international assignments, eg payroll, pension, benefits etc. In addition, you will ensure activity is tracked and performed within all relevant SLAs/KPI's. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of tax, social security and immigration in terms of International mobility. You will have previously worked in a similar role and gained experience of managing stakeholders and other relationships within a diverse customer group.
