MY DUTIES:

- Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization
- Design robust processes and innovative solutions that improve the daily lives of our researchers
- Lead the planning and execution of crucial project activities, such as reporting and stakeholder-management
- Be part of a diverse project team of experienced Knowledge Management professionals
- Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in Information technology or in a scientific / business administration field with a very strong aptitude for IT systems
- Relevant working experience in transformative activities and project team in a similar environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, Office and Google Suite
- Proven experience in system migration / organizational transformation in a global project
- Experience in supporting project administration in a global matrix organization
- A pro-active problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a “can-do” attitude
