IHRE AUFGABEN:

-This position leads and manages the content assessment and requirements phase of the Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Portal Project and it’s interdependencies with aligned projects for the Knowledge Management function of GMA
-The project’s goal is to establish a single location for all global medical personnel to access key medical affairs information and facilitate GMA collaboration through communication
-This role coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of this global, cross-functional project from content assessment through completion of requirements, ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, alignment with interdependent projects and stakeholder management
-This position leads and manages the improvements of the existing interim Global Medical Affairs portal
-These functional improvements will be established to test the end-user acceptance and usability as a pilot for the development of the new GMA portal
-This position drives business value by leveraging business and/or technology expertise to identify and prioritize solutions, and by collaborating across stakeholders to deliver results with significant business value

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in project management (project plans, monitoring milestones and timelines, resource and time management)
-Experience in content related/dependent projects (database or intranet projects)
-Experience in document management process
-Communication and change management skills
-Experience leading large, complex projects
-Pharmaceutical industry experience desired
