IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop and run with excellence the Marketing Academy, i.e. the capability program, including webinar program and coordination of face to face program
-Engage cross functional teams to coordinate the organization webinars and face to face trainings
-Identify and coordinate external learning opportunities
-Support and supervise the community management of the Intranet ensuring consistency in content and shape
-Overlook the onboarding program for global marketing in according to each team’s need
-Coordinate and facilitates the communication development processes
-Contribute to creative agency selection and evaluation processes
-Responsible for creative asset management / storage process and systems training

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in Capability building/ training
-Experience in Digital brand building
-Experience in Marketing excellence in corporate environment
-Project management
-Fluent Business English skills (spoken and written)
