Global Logistics Manager

* Manage GMP between international and domestic Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
* Interface with international and domestic transportation freight forwarders, airlines and ground carriers.
* Field on and off hour questions and calls from transportation unites for critical shipments.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics/ Transportation Management.
* IATA certification preferred.
* Pharmaceutical logistics experience
* Understanding of cGMP's and pharmaceutical industry procedures and regulations.
* Well versed in customs clearance documentation and procedures.
* Thorough understanding of Harmonized Tariff Code table and usage.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions.
* Flexibility and the ability to manage change.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Negotiation and analytical skills.
* Ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid organizational, time management and project management skills.
