IHRE AUFGABEN:

-As Launch Excellence and Planning Lead you will work collaboratively with the Head of Medical for the relevant Therapeutic Area(s) (TA) as a strategic partner and a member of his/her leadership team
-Lead budget, global medical planning and launch medical planning processes for the TA; support Global Medical teams in the development of global medical plans and medical launch plans
-Track and provide insight on budget and medical tactic execution, enabling decision-making by the TA leadership team
-Foster strong partnerships with medical Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure alignment on activities such as congress planning and budget execution
-Drive implementation and execution of new operational activities within TA
-Track and communicate established, appropriate performance metrics across Global Medical Affairs (GMA), with a focus on global metrics
-Support the TA Head in defining priorities, and designing/implementing projects with strategic impact
-Provide Project Management support to launch medical teams
-As member of the Launch Excellence and Planning CoE, actively participate in developing improvements to existing across GMA

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BS/MSc degree in a related field in Science or Medicine/Pharmacy
-Solid related work experience; biopharmaceutical industry is preferred
-Experience in Medical Affairs is preferred
-Experience in project management supporting cross-functional, global teams
-Experience in strategic planning, operations, management consulting or related activities is required
