Global Labeling Compliance Project Leader

Global Labeling Compliance & Project Lead wanted for our Basel based client in the pharma industry.

Your experience/skills:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Biology or Computer- Science with minimum 4 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in regulatory affairs along with excellent knowledge of regulatory, specially labeling business processes and related tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting together with strong IT skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional, Matrix teams to realize business results
- Broad verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English as a business language

Your tasks:

- Supervising on the global implementation of corporate agreed safety related product information change
- Supporting the end to end process of Safety Label Changes and contributing to the creation of quarterly and annual compliance reports
- Analyzing root cause for delays and noncompliance with the implementation of Safety Label Changes as well as providing input on Global Labeling systems including current improvement and creation of new process
- Conducting compliance-related activities supporting CPO inputs into labeling systems
- Acting as a super user and main business contact for HQ-Global Labeling and CPO end user for relevant labeling systems
