- Demonstrates solid operational excellence, teamwork and customer focus
- Ability to work in cross-functional, Matrix teams to realize business results
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with teams from within and outside of RA
- Ability to effectively work with IT tools and possesses attention to detail. Effective problem solving ability to trouble shoot issues
- Ability to establish good working relationships within RA, as well as with RA QA, PIE, and TechOps
- Demonstrates a superior Quality and Compliance mindset
- Good working knowledge in regulatory procedures and requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required. Pharmacy, Biology or Computer Science with relevant business experience preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English as a business language. Additional language is an asset

Experience:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, good working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory/specifically labeling business processes and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven strong IT skills Demonstrated ability to be innovative and a creative thinker
