JOB TITLE: GLOBAL IT SERVICES MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: ESPOO, FINLAND
JOB TYPE: 5 MONTHS CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage employee activities across infrastructure disciplines including Storage, Windows (Intel),Citrix, Unix (RHEL, HPUX, AIX and Solaris) and Networks with a focus on ensuring availability of the infrastructure
- Ensure that the team are focussed on proactive/preventative activities supporting the business in meeting its SLA and OLA targets for service requests and incident response and availability.
- Be responsible for the day to day management of the teams
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Direct line management activates such as team members annual reviews, time management, setting and monitoring objectives and career development.
- Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration application analysis and design information management architecture computing security computing project support and/or process analysis.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Knowledge of Datacentre IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Datacentre Virtualisation Technology (VMWARE, HYPER-V)
- Knowledge of Windows, Red hat Linux, HPUX Operating Systems
- Knowledge of ITIL process (Incident, Problem, Change and Release)
