Job Title: Global Infrastructure Services Manager
Job Type: Contract
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Contract Rate: Negotiable Daily Rate, up to $200 plus expenses
Contract Length: 5 Months+
Our Client, one of the world's largest outsourcing and IT consultancies, is looking to recruit a contract Global Infrastructure Services Manager to join their team in Mexico City, Mexico.
The Global Infrastructure Services Manager will need to have the following experience.
· Webservices Admin (L1) - Web Server Monitoring using enterprise tools, Web Server Monitoring using shellscripts, Monitoring CPU utilization, File Systems used by Web servers, various Web server Processes, Monitoring Log files (Access Logs, Error Logs, system Logs). Errors, Event Monitoring, Follow Documented activities (SOP), start/stop Webserver, WebServer Checklist/verification. Should have basic knowledge of webservers such as IIS, iPlanet, Apache.
· Webservices Admin (L2) - Setting Up MIME and File Types, URL Mapping, Directory Indexing, Performance Tuning, Handlers and Filters, SSl, Security, Trouble shooting, Load Balancers, Advanced scripting. Should have good knowledge webservers such as IIS, iPlanet, Apache.
· Webservices Admin (L3) - Design, Implement, Review and Manage Webserver estate. Performance Tuning, Handlers and Filters, SSl, Security, Trouble shooting, Load Balancers, Advanced scripting. Should have expert knowledge webservers such as IIS, iPlanet, Apache.
· Scripting Infra (L3) - [Advanced Shell Scripting] - Development of Scripts for complex Data parsing, Analysis and Report generation - Development of Scripts for Disk monitoring, Network load tracking & management. System Monitoring and Diagnostics, Recovering from crashes, Performance tuning.
· Middleware Performance Tuning (L2) - Analysis and tuning system performance of parameters like DISK, Network, CPU, Memory. Good working knowledge with inbuilt utilities such as iostat, vmstat, sar and vendor third party performance tools.
· MQ Administration (L3) - Performing IBM Websphere MQ admin activities such as Performance Tuning, Capacity planning, BCP, Cluster Design / implementation / Troubleshooting.
· WebSphere Admin (L2) - App server Domain/Instance creation, App server Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Deploying Applications Shell / Perl scripting with respect to App server Admin Tasks, Patch deployment, Patch Acquisition and Testing, Application Deployment.
· Spanish Language.
All candidates must be strong Global Infrastructure Services Managers with in depth knowledge of Webservices Admin, Middleware Performance Tuning and MQ Administration.
