Our Client, one of the world's largest outsourcing and IT consultancies, is looking to recruit a contract Global Infrastructure Services Lead Administrator to join their team in Bangalore, India.

The Global Infrastructure Services Lead Administrator will need to have the following experience.

· ITSM Tools (L3) - Expert in ITSM tools (Remedy/HP/CA). Thorough knowledge in Out-of-Box ITSM tools. Implementation experience in ITSM tools, where entire solution of Out-of-Box ITSM modules are delivered. Integration with third party tools used for SMS / paging. Provide Technical consultancy and support for ITSM tools. Process review and implementation of best practices for the ITSM tools technology. Anchor consulting engagements and work with various stakeholders in developing solutions around the ITSM tools. Troubleshoot resolved high end technical issues. Develop best practices / process documents in collaboration with the team.
· ITIL Ops (L3) - ITIL V3 Master/Expert. Certified ITIL process consulting experience in service management domain. Undertaken process due diligence or process maturity. Done process documentation for L1, L2, L3 & L4 processes. Done process mapping/design/improvement. Done Business Process Re-engineering.
· ITIL Incident Management (L3).

All candidates must be strong Global Infrastructure Services Lead Administrators with in depth knowledge of ITSM Tools, ITIL Ops and ITIL Incident Management.
