Global HRIS Specialist

HRIS Associate Client: Our client is an international investment bank with offices across the globe. TheLondon office is located in the City and is their European headquarters; providing support for this region. At present they are seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to join their Human Resources department. This role is paying up to £50,000 as a basic salary and will be located in their City ofLondon office, but providing global support. The role: As a HRIS Associate you will sit your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the compensation HRIT tool as it supports the annual compensation process * Being interface between HR and IT * Managing roll out of the compensation tool each year, including system checks and updates * Training of global HR users on the system, as well as acting as a main point of contact for any end user/technical issues * Creating technical guidelines for use of the compensation software * Work with the compensation teams to support the annual comp review from a HRIIT perspective The ideal candidate will have: * Strong HRIS experience, ideally PeopleSoft and SQL * Strong numeracy, reporting and systems analysis skills * Exposure to the compensation process (advantageous) * Exposure to the banking sector(preferred) * Strong communication and people skills * The ambition to work on a global scale
