For our client in BASEL we are looking for a GLOBAL HEALTH & CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a 6-MONTH contract.

JOB TITLE: GLOBAL HEALTH & CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

DURATION: 01/11/2018 TO 30/04/2019

LOCATION: BASEL

WORKLOAD: 10-40%

DESCRIPTION:

The Global Health & Corporate Responsibility Administrative Assistant six month temporary role for 0.5 to 1.0 days per week will involve primarily working without payment system, including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking where our cost centre stands at the end of each month versus the approved budget.

Occasionally, the person will be asked to support logistics for large meetings related to the team. There could be other ad hoc projects assigned as well. Specific capabilities required include high attention to detail, familiarity with Excel and other financial systems.

Other tasks: key point of contact for questions regarding administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent English is a must, German would be great.

Experience as an Administrative Assistant,

Juniors with flexible and tech-savvy, and structural mind set are welcome.

No specific education needed, commercial training preferred.
