Immediate and exclusive opportunity for a Global FX Lead to join my investment banking client based inCanaryWharf. As the Global FX Lead, your role will cover all service delivery/ service performance and service operations, and is an extremely senior and highly visible role within the investment bank as you will be responsible for the global client relationship management from front office FX Trading, to back office account maintenance.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £100-120k based in Canary Wharf London

The Account Maintenance division of this investment bank is responsible for all trading accounts and sending settlements instructions including setting up, managing and deleting of account and standard settlements instructions. You will be focused on enhancing customer service and improving the service proposition. You will be leading your own team, and have full visibility from front to back office across end to end account opening and maintenance

Your role as a very senior member of the Investment Bank will include heading the front office trading FX team as they maintenance the active relationships with the clients once your account maintenance division has set them up

This is a critical role with in the Account Maintenance structure and will be responsible for developing the strategy to deliver a globally consistent service in the regions through the Regional Product Champions.

Requirements

* Excellent FX and security operations knowledge

* Experience within account opening/ account maintenance across back office through to front office

* Excellent experience within service performance, service delivery, service production/ service operations

* Knowledge of FX/ Security operations

* Background of managing a team within a large investment bank

* Good global client relationship management skills

* Excellent operations knowledge including settlements

* Understanding of the trading life cycle
