Global Data Center Architect and Program Manager (m/f)

for an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a

GLOBAL DATA CENTER ARCHITECT AND PROGRAM MANAGER (M/F)

Start: ASAP./Duration: 6-12 months/Location: Bavaria/ProjectID: 3135

Our client is one of the worlds largest insurers with a history of more than hundred years and more than 20 million clients. The company operates on almost every continent and runs one of the largest data center programs globally.

As Global Data Center Architect and Program Manager you will be responsible within a highly motivated and experienced senior team to provide the architectural governance and the creation of architectural design for the future companywide global data center. Furthermore you will also be an essential part in the program management for the migration and transition of the actual six large data centers into the common future global data center.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

- Serve as technology expert in very large data center programs including large scale cloud technologies
- Capture technical requirements, define technology solutions, and create concepts as well as logical and physical designs
- Provide governance and guidance in design reviews as well as in all stages of project life cycles

IHR PROFILE:

- University degree in information technology
- 10 years of sound experience in large scale infrastructure and data center architecture and program management on a very senior level
- Deep technical knowledge in state of the art infrastructure and data center technologies of very large organizations
- Very strong program management skills in large international teams
- Sound experience in data center migration and transition projects of very large organizations
- Very strong communicator on any corporate level including c level
- Perfect English communication skills, oral and writing
- Sound experience in organizing people and workload
