Global Clinical Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we invite you to apply for the position as a Global Clinical Operations Manager.

This is a 1 year contract which may get extended. in which you will be managing several global clinical operations teams for different studies and through all phases of Clinical Study Management.

You will therefore get the chance to develop your skills further in terms of Planning, initiating, conducting and closing studies on a global level. Your profile will be enhanced and you will gain an even deeper understanding of all operational aspects in clinical studies.

THE ROLE:

PROVIDE OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE TO CLINICAL OPERATIONS TEAM, RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Manage clinical operations teams and provide direction and leadership
- Develop relationships with the already successful SMT
- Coach, mentor and provide direction to SMT members
- Contribute to study timeline development
- Manage resources, budget, risk & Quality plans
- Provide overall expertise in clinical operations (esp. feasibility and delivery)
- Deliver operational elements of study plan
- Ensure reporting of SUSARs consistently across study
- Manage CROs and vendors
- Write SOP's and ensure compliance to these as well as to ICH & GCP standards
